Return of Chromebooks

Dear parent/ carer,

Chrome book return – pupil reports – new classes

We intend to collect chrome books and chargers on Thursday 9th July. From your feedback these  devices, which were issued on a free loan, have been invaluable for accessing home learning and communication with teachers and teaching assistants.

We now need to clean, audit (and in some cases mend) all devices so we are prepared in September to redistribute. Please organise for the safe return of your chromebook at the time below. 

Please note, in accordance with the agreement’s terms

and conditions, failure to return the equipment on the due date will, regrettably,

result in an invoice for £200 plus VAT being issued.

Procedure for dropping off:

Drive/ walk into Lane car park up to turning circle where you will be met by Mr Brown at the after school club doors. Do not go into the office or into the school building please. 

Times:

Y1 9.30am – 10.30am 

Y2 10.30am – 11.30pm

Y3 11.30pm – 12.30pm

Y4 1.30pm – 2.30pm

Y5 2.30pm – 3.30pm

If you cannot make the times in exceptional circumstances please contact your child’s class teacher so we can get in touch with you. 

We have envelopes with your child’s report and new class to give out at your allocated slot. We also have a learning pack for children in Y1-5 for the last week of the term.
