Dear Parents/Carers

It has been a different Christmas in school without nativity plays and music showcases. Nevertheless I hope you enjoyed your class Christmas poems, messages and music that we put on seesaw. There have been lots of smiling faces and laughter in school which reminds us what a happy, friendly school Osbaldwick is to work in. Thank you to parents for your brilliant support in what has been a challenging term and together we have achieved our goals of keeping a good offer of learning in school whilst keeping safe. And thank you to all the staff and pupils – you can now have a well deserved rest.

Have a peaceful and Merry Christmas from all the staff at school.

We will see you all on Monday January 4th.

Christmas dinner delicious

Christmas dinner was delicious thanks to Mrs Terry, Miss Radford, Mrs Richardson, Mrs Hope and Mrs Humble for all their efforts in the kitchen all year round.

We enjoyed pulling Christmas crackers!

Our MSAs keep us safe every dinner time and help cut and serve dinners. We managed to persuade them to pull together from social distancing for a few seconds for the photo. They have done an amazing job this term.

Our office staff were the first to taste Christmas dinner – a fantastic team- they have supported both staff and pupils with such professionalism. I cannot thank them enough.

Happy Christmas from all our classes

Parent Hub

We have had some reports that some parents are not receiving messages, perhaps this is due to your phone notifications been switched off.  For guidance please click on one of the following links. Admin information such as school dinners or clubs, flu jabs etc will be sent via parent hub. This is because teachers continue to use seesaw for teaching and learning only. Please use both seesaw and parent hub. Thank you so much for your co-operation.
