We wanted to take a moment to discuss communication with our teachers. We understand how important it is for you to be able to contact your child’s teacher with any questions or concerns you may have.
Our teachers are committed to providing the best possible education for your children. We kindly ask that you help us maintain a supportive and productive environment by ensuring your messages are reasonable and proportionate.
This means:
- Considering the timing of your message. Please keep the timing of the messages broadly in line with the school day. Late night messages are not welcome.
- Keeping messages concise and to the point. A clear, brief message helps the teacher understand your query quickly and respond effectively.
- Using the appropriate communication channel. For non-urgent matters, pupil absence, holiday forms the office email is best: admin@ebor.academy
- Allowing a reasonable timeframe for a response. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, especially for non-urgent messages.
Our teachers are dedicated professionals who work incredibly hard to support every child’s learning journey. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
